She has particular expertise advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, as well as on restructurings, issues relating to management and on contentious matters both individual and collective. Her clients are primarily large international businesses with a presence in France.

Karine is the French board member of the European Employment Lawyers’ Association (“EELA”) and Council Member of the Global Employment Institute (GEI).
