Kapil has experience of over 22 years in dispute resolution, which ranges from civil, corporate, and commercial litigation to domestic and international arbitrations, under ad-hoc as well institutional rules, including SIAC, LCIA and ICC. Over the years of his practice, Kapil has dealt with complex litigation matters and regularly appeared before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts and Tribunals across India.
