Kalish Mullen advises private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and corporate borrowers on complex, cross-border financing transactions. Dual-qualified in England & Wales and France, his practice spans the full spectrum of leveraged and infrastructure finance, including acquisition financings (unitranche, term loan B and senior/holdco structures), margin loans and other structured liquidity solutions, corporate financings, debt recapitalizations and fund-level financings.
