K.K. has a broad commercial and civil practice. He is routinely instructed for high value disputes. He has considerable experience in stock markets, private equity, venture capital and debt. He regularly appears for listed companies and their shareholders and directors, financial institutions, regulators as well as ultra-high net worth individuals at trials and appeals.

Alongside his practice as counsel in arbitration and related court proceedings, K.K. has been appointed as sole arbitrator and co-arbitrator. He is a member of the HKIAC List of Arbitrators and is also on the panel of other arbitration institutions in Asia.

Before coming to the Bar, K.K. practised as a litigation and arbitration solicitor from 2009 to 2015, following his training from 2007 to 2009. He was recognised by The Legal 500 (2015) as a “helpful and knowledgeable associate”.
