Justine’s practice focuses on complicated and high-conflict private law cases, often with an international element, with particular emphasis on applications for permission to remove children permanently from the jurisdiction or to relocate internally. Justine is often instructed in cases featuring implacable hostility and parental alienation and/or with complex issues, including cases featuring serious domestic abuse, drug and alcohol allegations.
