Previously, XIE had been sentenced for similar conduct in a prior crime, facing the risk of combined punishment for multiple offenses due to separate case handling. Attorney WANG successfully secured a lenient punishment for XIE, ensuring that the penalty matched the degree of social harm.

2.WU (real estate development investor) tax evasion case: WU and three investors jointly invested in a certain Real Estate Company, and when withdrawing shares, the investment funds were distributed and returned according to the shareholding ratio, with a total amount involved exceeding CNY 500 million. WU was subject to criminal liability for the crime of tax evasion. Attorney WANG accurately distinguished the taxpaying entity and used objective conduct to prove the absence of subjective intent to evade taxes. Ultimately, the procuratorate and public security authorities determined that WU did not constitute a crime.

3.China United Network Communications Co., Ltd. Guangzhou Branch v. Guangzhou Kaiyin Internet Technology Co., Ltd. telecom service contract dispute case: Guangzhou Kaiyin Internet Technology Co., Ltd. owed over CNY 163,000. Attorney WANG acted as an agent for China United Network Communications Group Co., Ltd. Guangzhou Branch to quickly file a case and promote delivery, while simultaneously preparing property preservation materials to create litigation pressure. After the defendant fully repaid the debt, he promptly applied for withdrawal of the lawsuit, realizing all the creditor’s rights with minimal litigation costs and maintaining the client’s commercial image.

4.Criminal risk resolution for construction land of a certain Guangzhou Group: A certain Guangzhou Group Co., Ltd. was accused of illegally occupying agricultural land for leasing land for engineering construction, facing criminal liability risks. Attorney WANG, through professional legal strategies, successfully secured a non-prosecution outcome, averting the operational crisis the enterprise might have faced due to criminal liability.
