Mr. ZOU is the Managing Partner of Guantao Law Firm and serves as the Director of firm’s Family Law and Family Wealth Management Committee, leading the firm’s expansion of family wealth management practice.
In his experienced practice, Mr. Zou has represented numerous multinational companies in various cases, including State Street Bank, Mercedes-Benz, LG Electronics, Mitsubishi, Casio, Radisson, HSBC Bank and Alcatel. He has represented well-known enterprises such as CGGC-UN Power Co.,Ltd., Insigma, Huarong Assets, Hundsun and BGI in many offshore and domestic mergers & acquisitions, financing, restructuring and major commercial dispute resolution projects. Mr. ZOU has also served as an independent director of a number of companies, including Zhejiang Wanma, Jingu Group, Noblelift, Jiangnan Chemical, Everich, Sinokorea Life and Orient Group.
