Practice Areas

Julien’s practice primarily focuses on M&A transactions (acquisitions, divestments, minority/majority investments, joint-ventures and partnerships), whether domestic or cross-border. Julien has a particular expertise in corporate M&A, private equity, venture capital and management package.

Julien also assists his clients with their investments in public companies, tender offers, de-listings, and issuance of shares, bonds and complex securities.

Career

Julien joined GATE Avocats as a partner in 2012. He was previously a partner at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, where he practiced for over 11 years, and worked in house at BNP Paribas as M&A counsel.

Julien taught securities law at the University de Nancy for several years and international M&A practice at Science Po Paris.
