Practice Areas
Julie has a broad ranging practice in intellectual property, information technology and data protection, advising and representing start-ups, scale-ups as well as well-established global companies.
Julie’s practice focuses on matters related to digital and innovative technologies (platform regulation, e-reputation, artificial intelligence, blockchain and fintech), to personal data (GDPR audits, impact analyses, exchanges with the CNIL), as well as to commercial issues (master agreements, commercial litigation).
Julie also advises clients regarding strategically structuring their intellectual property estates (trademarks, copyright, software, patents, designs and appellations of origin), and I assist them throughout the life cycle of their intangible assets, from their protection to their strategic valuation (audits, license, partnerships and assignment agreements) to their defense through anti-counterfeiting policies, judicial and administrative litigation at French and European levels.
Her practice covers counseling and litigation, and she focusses on ensuring that case strategy matches clients’ business goals. She has acquired particular skills in the understanding of complex technical matters and their translation into practical terms.
