Founding Partner, Juliana Cardoso, combines her expertise in tax advisory to wealth and succession planning. She has more than 25 years of practice in wealth planning and taxation of individuals and legal entities, in law firms in Brazil and abroad, trust company abroad and multinational firm (Big 4) in Brazil and abroad. Her unique professional experience makes her a highly specialized trusted advisor for private clients.

Juliana Cardoso assists founders, entrepreneurs, family entrepreneurs, partners and executives in wealth and succession planning, redomiciliation, tax planning and corporate reorganization (domestic and international).

Juliana Cardoso's experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate taxation, domestic and international, is always commended by her entrepreneurs clients as a supporting perspective in the wealth and succession planning.

Her educational background is as follows, Juliana graduated in Law from Mackenzie University in 1999, completed her Master of Laws (L.L.M.) with merits in International Tax, European Taxation and Trusts, Queen Mary, University of London, in 2002. Juliana also complemented her education by taking a post graduation course in Tax Law at Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV), in 2009, and in Business Law at COGEAE-PUC-SP in 2000.
