Juliana Bhering Cabral Palhares

Juliana is the founding partner and managing partner of BHC. With over 20 years of market experience, she is a distinguished specialist in providing legal advice to high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurial families. She is renowned for her technical approach and her commitment to building trust and close relationships with her clients. Juliana leads a strategically focused and transnational team serving more than 30 holdings and family offices.

She holds a Law degree from PUC Rio and postgraduate qualifications in Business Law and Civil and Contractual Law, both from FGV. She has also completed extension courses at Pepperdine University (California) and additional training in family planning, family governance, and family business at The Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania), in the United States.
