Julian Chediak is a founding partner of Chediak Advogados. He has been a professor of Corporate Law and Capital Markets Regulation at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC Rio) since 1993. He is also a professor of several graduate courses. In 2023 he founded with three other partners the company A5X S.A., where he is a board member. and President of the American Chamber of Commerce of Rio de Janeiro (AMCHAM) since 2019. Between 2010 and 2013, he acted as Legal Counsel for the American Chamber of Commerce of Rio de Janeiro, a position he held again in the year 2018. Between 2019 and 2025 he served as the President of the American Chamber of Commerce of Rio de Janeiro (AMCHAM). He also served as Chairman of the Self-Regulation Council of CETIP S.A. - Organized OTC for Assets and Derivatives, from 2008 to 2017.
