Juhi Sud

Juhi’s practice focuses on EU and International Trade Defence laws, WTO law, and EU Customs law. She has represented clients from across the globe in numerous EU trade defense proceedings ranging from Footwear, Solar Panels, Solar Glass, Glass Fibre Products, Silicon Metal, Ironing Boards, Manganese Oxide to Plastic Sacks, Antibiotics, numerous steel products, and Ductile Iron Pipes and Tubes. She has litigated before the WTO dispute settlement body and is actively involved in customs matters in several EU Member States. Juhi has represented clients in trade defense proceedings in other jurisdictions as well, including Canada, South Africa, and Morocco.

Juhi obtained an LL.M. degree from the Vrije Universiteit Brussels (summa cum laude) and an LL.B. degree from the Faculty of Law, Delhi University. She also holds a B.A. in History from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi.
