Judith is accredited by The Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in family law, child law and as a family law mediator. She is also a Collaborative Lawyer. Judith is a member of the Family Law Association, CALM Scotland, Consensus Collaboration Scotland and a committee member of The Law Society of Scotland Sub-Committee for Child and Family Law.
Practicing exclusively in family law since 2003. Judith heads the award winning Family Law team at Scullion LAW and advises on all aspects of family law including divorce, separation, civil partnerships, financial provision, cohabitants claims, pre and post nuptial Minutes of Agreement, cohabitation agreements and child related matters including residence and contact disputes and relocations, often with an international element. Judith regularly represents clients with complex and valuable assets, including business interests.
Judith’s is skilled in navigating both contentious and non-contentious family law matters. She has a keen focus on delivering an excellent service with commercial awareness. Judith seeks to engage an holistic approach for her clients which takes into account the impact of family law disputes on children. She advises her clients with compassion, empathy and a solution-orientated approach. Judith is known for her collaborative approach, engaging litigation as required.
Judith has written articles for The Journal of the Law Society of Scotland and other publications seeking family law content.
