Joyce Tan

Joyce is Managing Director and founder of the firm. She heads the corporate and commercial practice with particular strengths in technology, communications, media and intellectual property-related transactions, including establishment of new ventures and business models, fintech projects, financing transactions involving intellectual property or technology, private equity investments, strategic alliances and joint ventures, acquisition, disposition, exploitation and licensing of technology and intellectual property assets, franchising transactions, consultancy projects on deployment and management of intellectual property as strategic business tool. Her telecommunication practice includes regulatory, licensing and interconnection aspects. She also handles prosecution of trade mark, design and patent registrations.
