Josip Madirazza is the founding and managing partner of MADIRAZZA & PARTNERS. He regularly deals with foreign investments, banking matters and company restructuring. Josip has been on the forefront of Croatian restructuring projects since 2010, and is recognized as one of the top legal experts in this field. He is currently advising major international stakeholders in the largest restructuring case in Croatia to date under the recently enacted Extraordinary Administration Act.
Josip is well regarded for advising on a wide range of issues on developing and financing energy projects and regulatory matters of Croatian energy law. Josip’s insight into particular energy matters has earned him a number of mandates in wind park development and financing.
He has significant experience in advising major Croatian publicly listed companies, as well as providing asset management advice to selected individual clients.
Josip Madirazza started his career in 1991 in the leading Croatian law firm at the time. Having gained significant experience and reputation, he started his own law office. The practice grew over time and in 2008 it was incorporated as a limited partnership. Today MADIRAZZA & PARTERS are one of the major players in the market, with five partners and ten other professionals.
