Mr. Rissmiller represents clients in M&A, venture capital and growth financing transactions, as well as other general corporate law representation.
From 2009 to 2013, Mr. Rissmiller worked as an associate in the corporate department of Cravath, Swaine & Moore. In 2013, he joined the Boston office of Latham & Watkins, where he specialized in technology and life sciences M&A. He joined Feinberg Hanson in 2015 and is currently a partner, with a broad corporate practice focusing on M&A and early-stage company representation.
