Joshua J. Remedios focuses his practice on the laws governing alcohol beverages, hospitality, and zoning, and works within all three tiers of the alcohol industry. His experience includes representing clients in various land use and zoning matters, civil litigation proceedings and appeals, administrative litigation, criminal defense of alleged violations of alcohol beverage laws, commercial business transactions and lease negotiations. Mr. Remedios also counsels and advocates for clients with regard to all aspects of alcohol beverage licensing and municipal permitting, and has appeared before various boards at the state and local levels as well as provided operational, regulatory, and compliance guidance.
