Josh has represented insurers in hearings and at trial in state court receivership proceedings, including dissolution and contribution bar (injunction) proceedings, and consults with insurers on state insurance insolvency, rehabilitation, and liquidation proceedings.
Josh also has extensive experience in representing debtors and creditors in all phases of complex chapter 7 and chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
Josh maintains an active insurance and commercial litigation practice. Josh represents insurers in complex and high-stakes insurance coverage disputes in state and federal courts across the country. The broad range of cases where Josh has had significant success includes both defending insurers against claims for coverage as well as the active pursuit of claims for contribution and subrogation.
