He has focused his practice on the defense of cases regarding environmental and regulatory law matters, taking part in important administrative procedures and disputes involving relevant energy and industrial companies of the Chilean and international markets. He has also focused his career advising mining, industrial, and energy companies on matters of day-to-day environmental and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Echeverría-Ilharreborde-Scagliotti, José Pedro Scagliotti worked for 7 years in Claro & Cia. and, during 2013 y 2014, he worked for Gallagher & Kennedy, Phoenix.
