Throughout his career, he has participated in more than 2,000 labor and administrative proceedings, including ordinary labor claims, special protected-status proceedings, cases involving protected categories, disability or internal complaints, complex social security disputes, multi-jurisdictional disputes, controversies regarding the existence or classification of employment relationships, administrative proceedings, judicial settlements, and appellate matters, including appeals and cassation proceedings.
Since 2025, he has focused his practice on drafting responses to claims, defining procedural strategies, and selectively handling strategic hearings. In this role, he brings his extensive litigation experience to key matters involving some of the largest and most representative employers in the country.
His practice is distinguished by a strategic approach aimed at efficient risk management, the strength of procedural defense, and the protection of business interests. He has maintained a success rate exceeding 85% in certain client portfolios.
He has experience across sectors such as retail, finance, aviation, hospitality, and telecommunications, advising and representing companies in labor disputes involving significant economic, reputational, and organizational exposure.
