Partner in Allende Bascuñán y Cía. since 2017, after being associate between 2004 and 2013. The practice areas of José Luis are Corporate and Commercial Law, Wealth Management and Aviation Law. Between 2013 and 2016, he was the Legal Manager for South America at Indura S.A.-Air Products Group. Between 2010 and 2018 he was co-author of the Chilean chapter of "Air Transport” in the guide "Getting the Deal Through" and is currently reviewer of the Chilean Aviation Code, for Legal Publishing, since 2011 to date. José Luis is a Lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2005) and he has an LL.M. in Air & Space Law, at McGill University, Montreal, Canada (2009). He is member of the Chilean Bar Association and of the Chilean Aviation Law Association.
