José Gabriel is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. He currently leads the department responsible for advising the country's leading industrial and export groups, as well as key trade associations, municipalities, and state ministries.

Throughout his notable career, José Gabriel has held leadership and representative roles in various institutions and organizations. He served as a Member of the National Fisheries Development Council from 2008 to 2009, where he contributed to the development and regulation of the national fishing industry. Subsequently, he was a member of the Board of Directors of CORPEI from 2009 to 2013, where he applied his expertise in promoting investment and foreign trade.
