Jorge N. Serrate Stelzer is a Partner at Serrate Stelzer Legal and serves as Head of the firm’s Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practice. He advises local and international clients on the structuring and execution of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, strategic alliances, and investment projects across a wide range of industries.

Jorge has extensive experience leading complex negotiations and cross-border transactions, guiding clients through corporate structuring, supply chain and procurement strategies, infrastructure development, and large-scale real estate projects in Bolivia and abroad. His background includes advising multinational corporations and business groups on high-stakes matters requiring both local insight and international expertise.

After completing his LL.M. at Georgetown University Law Center, Jorge joined the legal team supporting the procurement division of a Fortune 500 telecommunications and data company in the United States.
