Jorge Asali

Jorge is a partner of Bufete Asali since its foundation in 2012. His experience of more than 20 years has been focused on the resolution and prevention of arbitral and judicial disputes. Jorge’s practical approach to complex matters and his transactional skills have allowed him to successfully represent national and international clients in several commercial disputes, bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, as well as complex negotiations. Furthermore, Jorge has successfully represented several clients under ICC, LCIA, CAM, CANACO, and HKIAC arbitration proceedings.

Jorge currently leads an array of disputes related to various industries, such as maritime, finance, banking, energy, technology, and infrastructure. Jorge is also particularly seasoned in shareholder disputes. He has also been appointed as an expert on Mexican bankruptcy and administrative law before ICSID tribunals.
