Jordi is widely experienced in multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions, real estate, complex commercial contract architecture and international dispute resolution.

He serves as Board secretary of companies in different industries (pharma, biotech, and media, among others), where he is recognized not only for providing legal advice, but also for his strategy and negotiation skills.

Career

After +15 years of experience in some of the most reputable large law firms, three of them residing in New York (NY), Jordi to moved on to launch his own boutique firm, Maristany, in 2015. Maristany currently gathers a second-to-none team of young bright professionals fostered in a methodology of true business-oriented legal advice of privately owned companies and high net worth individuals and investors.

On the academic side, Jordi Maristany regularly teaches M&A and Corporate Law at the LL.M programs of some of the most reputable universities. He has also taught Business Economics at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, bridging the gap between law & economics.
