Career
After +15 years of experience in some of highly respected big law firms, three of them residing in NYC, Jordi to moved on to launch his own boutique firm, Maristany, in 2015.
Maristany gathers a second-to-none team of bright professionals fostered in a methodology of true business-oriented legal advice. Its clients include multinational companies as well as high net worth families and investors.
Jordi teaches M&A, Corporate Law and Business Economics at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona), among others, bridging the gap between law & economics.
