Jonathan is an investment funds partner in the London office. Jonathan represents sponsors and investors in relation to the structuring, formation and operation of private funds with a focus on real estate funds, club arrangements and joint ventures. He has a broad range of experience across asset classes advising on blind-pool and open-ended structures, co-investment and carried interest arrangements and other private equity transactions such as restructurings, managed accounts, management team spin-outs, first time funds and liquidity solutions.

Jonathan has represented, among others, Ares Management, Ascendent Capital, BauMont Real Estate, BGH Capital, Changi Airports International, Edelweiss, Genesis Capital, GIC, GLP, Hillhouse Capital Management, HOPU Investment Management, LaSalle Investment Management, Montagu Private Equity, Principal Real Estate Investors, Realterm and SMG Eastern.
