He acts as a solicitor on multiparty litigation cases, arbitrations and mediations. Jonathan's range of disputes include traditional construction claims, such as extensions of time, loss and expense, structural defects and ground works.

He also often advises on professional negligence claims concerning construction industry specialists, insurance cover where insurance companies decline to provide an indemnity, and construction noise and nuisance claims.

He has conducted multiparty disputes in the Technology and Construction Court, as well as the Court of Appeal, and acted as the party representative in several arbitrations and mediations.
