Jonathan Kravis

Jonathan is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice focuses on trials and high-stakes white collar matters. Clients turn to Jonathan to address legal challenges at the cutting edge of law and business, including both civil and criminal matters. Widely recognized for his trial advocacy skills, Jonathan is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Jonathan has been recognized by Chambers as a leading lawyer in the fields of litigation and white collar crime and government investigations, and named one of Lawdragon's 500 global leaders in crisis management. In 2025, Jonathan and his co-counsel were recognized in The American Lawyer's Litigator of the Week column for their successful challenge to the proposed $26.4 billion merger of the Albertsons and Kroger supermarket chains in Washington state court.

From 2010 to 2020, Jonathan served as a federal prosecutor in the United States Department of Justice, where he investigated, tried and supervised a wide variety of federal criminal investigations, ranging from corruption schemes to fraud and money laundering to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the Foreign Agents Registration Act. From 2009 to 2010, Jonathan served as Associate White House Counsel, advising White House senior staff on a variety of legal and constitutional issues. He is the author of a coursebook on the law of public corruption.
