Jonatan Espinosa Nishisawa is a founding partner of Baja Legal Group and leads the firm’s transactional and real estate practice. He has more than 15 years of experience advising clients on real estate development, investment structures and complex commercial transactions in Mexico.
Throughout his career, Jonatan has developed particular expertise in Baja California Sur’s real estate market, advising developers, institutional investors, hospitality groups and private clients on sophisticated projects in Los Cabos and surrounding regions. His practice combines local market knowledge with experience in cross-border transactions and investment structures involving domestic and international stakeholders.
He has advised on the structuring and execution of residential, hospitality and mixed-use developments, as well as acquisitions, financing arrangements, corporate vehicles and strategic transactions related to real estate assets.
