We are an appellate boutique law firm, and 100% of our practice is appellate litigation, including providing trial support to trial teams on issues likely to be raised on appeal.

We handle appeals in all substantive areas of the law, although in cases involving personal injury or wrongful death, we only represent plaintiffs to avoid issue conflicts. This restriction does not apply in commercial matters or other areas where we represent plaintiffs and defendants. With few exceptions, we except criminal appeals only by court appointment.

We practice primarily in the state and federal courts serving Florida and Georgia, including the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of the United States.
