Johannes Ahti is Head of the Helsinki office and a Partner in the firm’s Finance & Restructuring practice. He has extensive experience in finance and debt capital markets transactions from acquisitions and other event-driven financing to refinancing and financial restructuring, with a focus on leveraged finance (including leveraged loans, direct lending, private debt and high-yield bonds), real assets debt (including real estate finance and infrastructure finance), corporate financing, and venture debt.
