Career

Mr. Richardson is a senior member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation practice and leads the firm’s North American Arbitration Desk. Mr. Richardson is a member of the Singapore International Mediation Centre’s Specialist Mediator panel, an arbitrator on the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board’s International Arbitrator panel, and Co-Chair of the Steering Committee of KCAB Next. Prior to joining Kim & Chang in 2006, Mr. Richardson practiced US federal court litigation at Arnold & Porter in Washington, DC and clerked with Judge William D. Stiehl of United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois.
