Jocelyn Chow is a Partner in Eversheds Sutherland’s Hong Kong office and leads the Firm’s Competition, Trade and Foreign Investment practice in Asia.

She advises clients on all aspects of competition law, economic and trade sanctions, import and export controls and other trade and economic regulations as they apply to their business arrangements globally and in the Asia-Pacific region. She is also one of the very few trilingual (English, Cantonese and Mandarin) competition and trade specialists in Hong Kong and the Greater China region, and has extensive experience advising clients on strategic matters involving competition and trade law issues.

Jocelyn advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters, ranging from compliance, self-assessments, merger and foreign investment controls, review of distribution and other commercial contracts, internal investigations to regulatory actions, enforcement actions and judicial reviews. She has particular experience managing complex matters involving sensitive allegations of corporate and employee misconduct.
