João Guedes' practice focuses on all aspects of employment law, representing clients in a broad range of industries - banking, insurance, retail, human resources and life sciences - among others. His extensive experience advising clients on a range of employment matters, includes negotiating and implementing social plans, transfer of personnel, extensive restructuring processes, as well as employment aspects of transactions. João has large experience in employment litigation as well.

He is recognised by Clients and in the employment law sector as notable employment lawyer of his generation.

João is the Co-Head of Employment department.
