She also worked as a research judge at the Judicial Yuan judge (2014~2017), participating in discussions and negotiations on numerous legislative amendments, particularly in the areas of finance, economics, antitrust, IP, telecommunications, and healthcare.

Since joining the Firm, Joanna has leveraged her substantial litigation experience and strategic analysis, argumentation, and negotiations skills to achieve favorable outcomes for her clients.

Additionally, Joanna is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E), and is knowledgeable in Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act and the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
