Practice Areas
Joanna is the founding partner of the firm Affre i Wspólnicy.
She focuses on competition law in its broadest sense. She advises clients from the FMCG, food, chemical, construction, media and other sectors on shaping distribution strategies, preventing anti-competitive practices and abuse of a dominant position, mergers and acquisitions, consumer law and unfair competition. She also conducts audits and training for businesses and represents clients in proceedings before the President of the Polish Competition Authority (UOKiK) as well as before the courts.
She is a member of the Supervisory Board of the French-Polish Chamber of Commerce and the Competition Law Association, as well as the European Competition Lawyers Association (ECLA) and the International Ligue of Competition Law (LIDC).
She is the author of numerous expert articles published in leading national and industry publications.
