Her practice spans inheritance tax planning, personal taxation, estate planning, probate, trusts, wills, philanthropy, offshore wealth structures and cross-border succession. She has particular expertise in advising internationally mobile individuals, families with assets across multiple jurisdictions, offshore trustees and clients with Middle Eastern connections requiring Sharia-compliant succession planning.
Jo is recognised for her expertise in offshore trusts and pensions, including QROPS, QNUPS, employee benefit trusts and employer-financed retirement benefit schemes, together with complex domicile, residence and remittance issues.
She regularly assists executors and trustees with the administration of high-value and internationally complex estates, providing strategic advice where tax, succession and multiple legal systems intersect.
