Madame Tan serves as an advisor for the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, PPP expert for the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance.

Madame Tan, with over 35 years of experience in the construction and real estate industries, has profound understanding of both professions and clients. Her practice focuses on construction, real estate development and PPP project and she is a veteran arbitrator in many major arbitration committees all over PRC.

Prior to her practice, she had served as the head of legal department of a central enterprise in PRC, which laid a solid foundation for her client base and understanding of client needs.

Madame Tan has a combined education background in engineering and law. She holds both a master's degree in Structure Engineering from Tongji University, and an LLM from China University of Political Science and Law.

Her clients cover a wide range of industries such as real estate, construction, energy conservation, environmental protection, ocean and petroleum, most of which are Fortune 500 enterprises and central enterprises in PRC. She advised many high-profile construction projects such as Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge.
