With a depth of knowledge in electronics, mechanicals and automation, and years of practical experience, Mr. Mao has represented multinationals in winning influential cases and retrial cases before the Supreme People's Court, some of which were listed in the Supreme People's Court's Top 10 significant IP cases. He had represented major telecommunications companies, internet companies, famous multinationals in winning SEP cases, software and internet patent cases and trade secret cases of vital interests before courts in Beijing, Shanghai and Jiangsu.
