Over the past 19 years, Mr. Zhou has specialized in construction, real estate, PPP, project dispute settlement, investment and financing, infrastructure, international projects, etc.

As to litigation services, Mr. Zhou has handled more than 600 cases in the fields of construction, real estate, investment and financing, etc. Mr. Zhou has represented a large number of cases in Intermediate Courts, High Courts all over China and several famous cases in the Supreme Court.
