Jifree Cader

Jifree co-leads Davis Polk’s restructuring practice in London. He advises clients on all facets of restructuring and insolvency and has deep experience working on matters across the UK, Europe, MENA, Latin America and Asia. He works with private equity firms, hedge funds, investment banks and other distressed debt and par investors, providing advice on their investment portfolios. He also regularly advises debtors and has been lead debtor counsel on a number of market-leading cases.
