Jidesh Kumar is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of King Stubb & Kasiva. He began his legal career specialising in intellectual property law, particularly trademarks and copyrights, before expanding his practice to encompass corporate and commercial advisory, regulatory compliance, and cross-border transactions.
Over the years, he has advised numerous multinational corporations on legal and regulatory issues relating to establishing and operating businesses in India, including due diligence, technology transfer, foreign investment, and commercial structuring. He has also developed a distinguished disputes practice, handling high-value domestic and international litigation, arbitration, investigations, and white-collar defence matters. His experience includes representing global corporations before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, domestic arbitral tribunals, and international arbitration forums including SIAC and ICC proceedings.
