Work Highlights

1.In 2020, the research reports “Yinchuan ‘Three New’ Industries and Electronic Information Industry Technology Innovation Development Report”, “Strategies and Suggestions for Accelerating the Development of Ningxia’s Digital Economy”, and “Seizing the Opportunity of East Data West Computing to Accelerate the Development of the ‘Internet + Healthcare’ Industry” completed under organization received endorsements from the main leaders of the autonomous region.

2.In January 2020, the “Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Land Management Regulations” drafted by the Ningren Law Firm under the commission of the Natural Resources Department of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region was unanimously passed by the Standing Committee of the Regional People’s Congress and officially implemented on January 1, 2023.

3.In 2022, led a team to undertake the key livelihood project of the Sansha Source bankruptcy reorganization, overcame a series of difficulties including the replacement of construction teams, funding shortages, and the inability to construct during winter, completed the bankruptcy reorganization on March 31, 2023, and achieved the delivery of houses.

4.In 2023, led a team to formulate a “closed debt restructuring plan” for the Runheng City project and carried out reorganization. Through institutional collaboration, the Runheng City project revitalized its existing assets, resumed sustainable development, and achieved the government’s goals of “protecting enterprises, protecting industries, and preventing the loss of state assets”.

5.In October 2024, organized the drafting and release of the “Legal Practice Report for Large Model Enterprises Overseas Expanding” which comprehensively explores the legal issues that enterprises may encounter in the process of internationalization, aiming to address the legal compliance needs of large model enterprises as they venture overseas.

6.In November 2024, the proposal “On Further Improving the Legal Provisions for the Refusal to Execute Judgments and Rulings” submitted at the second meeting of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) was adopted by the Supreme People’s Court and the Supreme People’s Procuratorate.
