Jeremy, who is qualified in Israel, England, and New York, worked at Linklaters in London and Paris before joining ERM.
With experience working in London, Paris, New York and Tel Aviv, at top-tier global law firms, Jeremy has built a multi-national client base ranging from the world's most valuable technology companies, the biggest global financial institutions, leading private equity, VC, CVC, and debt funds, as well as large private and publicly listed corporates - acting on their most complex cross-border M&A transactions, investment deals, and financings.
