Career

Jeremy A. Lieberman, as Managing Partner of Pomerantz LLP, oversees all the Firm’s litigations, strategizing for and leading cases that effect ground-breaking expansions of investor rights. With a deep knowledge of the law as it exists and a visionary approach, Jeremy has secured a series of “firsts” that benefit investors in our globalized world.

Jeremy led the litigation of In re Petrobras Securities Litigation, in which he achieved a record-breaking $3 billion recovery for defrauded Petrobras investors and secured precedential decisions that expanded investors' rights.

Jeremy is at the vanguard of expanding global investor rights. Utilizing novel legal theories, he has broken new ground for investors in dual-listed securities, overcoming obstacles imposed by the Supreme Court's 2010 Morrison decision.
