Jeremy led the litigation of In re Petrobras Securities Litigation, in which he achieved a record-breaking $3 billion recovery for defrauded Petrobras investors and secured precedential decisions that expanded investors' rights.
Jeremy is at the vanguard of expanding global investor rights. Utilizing novel legal theories, he has broken new ground for investors in dual-listed securities, overcoming obstacles imposed by the Supreme Court's 2010 Morrison decision.
