Jens Rostock-Jensen specialises in litigation and arbitration within a broad commercial law context. Jens is a member of the Danish Government Standing Committee on Procedural Law. He also advises on insurance and tort law, particularly product liability, professional liability, and coverage matters.
Jens has conducted a series of pivotal and landmark cases for banks, mortgage credit institutions, and insurance companies. He was involved in the first class actions in Denmark. Jens also advises on aviation law, including liability, insurance, and concessions.
