Jens Mosselmans co-heads the Public & Regulatory practice at the Brussels office.
Jens has practiced public and administrative law for more than twelve years and advises both companies and public authorities on a wide range of administrative law issues, particularly in the life sciences, healthcare, real estate and energy sectors.
He specialises in transactions and litigation involving public procurement and public contracts, such as concessions and public private partnerships. In this context, he advises both contracting authorities and economic operators, from project conception to award of the contract and execution of the works or the provision of services.
Jens also has extensive experience in arbitration and litigation before the Council of State, the Constitutional Court and other courts and tribunals.
Jens received his law degree magna cum laude from the University of Brussels (VUB) in 2005. He was admitted to the Brussels Bar that same year and joined NautaDutilh in 2005. In 2014, he left NautaDutilh and spent five years at a boutique law firm specialising in public law. He returned to NautaDutilh in 2019.
He is the author of various publications on selected topics of administrative and constitutional law.
