Ginger has in-depth experience handling business immigration matters for corporate executives, as well as biopharmaceutical, engineering, and IT professionals. She also has broad knowledge of immigration requirements for short and long-term assignments across countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. She also partners with clients to implement EB-1B and NIW centers of excellence for R&D-driven, scientific, and senior technical leadership roles, with a particular focus on the biopharma and advanced manufacturing sectors.

In collaboration with private equity deal teams, Ginger conducts red flag analyses, prepares buy-side immigration diligence reports, and supports TSA and day-one planning, entity and workforce mapping, post-close remediation, and worksite inspection readiness. In the area of compliance and inspections, Ginger develops audit preparedness playbooks, risk remediation strategies, and post-inspection response management plans, ensuring clients are well-positioned to navigate complex regulatory environments.
