Ginger advises acquisitive and globally active companies on de-risking talent strategies, facilitating executive mobility, and protecting deal value through proactive immigration planning. She streamlines petitions for senior talent and provides rigorous diligence and integration support. Ginger develops programmatic L-1, E-2, and O-1 solutions for senior managers and executives, including mobility policy design, eligibility assessments, and white-glove petition filings. She also partners with clients to implement EB-1B and NIW centers of excellence for R&D-driven, scientific, and senior technical leadership roles, with a particular focus on the biopharma and advanced manufacturing sectors.
In collaboration with private equity deal teams, Ginger conducts red flag analyses, prepares buy-side immigration diligence reports, and supports TSA and day-one planning, entity and workforce mapping, post-close remediation, and worksite inspection readiness. In the area of compliance and inspections, Ginger develops audit preparedness playbooks, risk remediation strategies, and post-inspection response management plans, ensuring clients are well-positioned to navigate complex regulatory environments.
