As the leader of the firm's Bankruptcy practice group, Jenny Faubion provides strategic, solution-based representation to receivers and a wide range of companies and individuals. Her practice focuses on disputes of all types, but especially those in receiverships and commercial bankruptcies. Jenny’s extensive experience in representing creditors, debtors, and receivers in financially complex state court receiverships is locally, and nationally, recognized.
In 2019, Jenny was appointed to the Global Board of Trustees of Turnaround Management Association, an organization with nearly 10,000 members in 52 chapters worldwide. She serves on the Executive Committee of the Washington State Bar Association Creditor Debtor Rights Section and is also an active Board Member for WOMBATS (Women in Bankruptcy). Jenny also serves on the WSBA’s Receivership Statutory Revisions Task Force. Jenny graduated from UW Law School in 2007 and is a Principal attorney at Cairncross & Hempelmann. She is regularly invited speak on topics related to receiverships, insolvency, and bankruptcy law.
